Please forgive me Jesus please for all the sins that I have done against you Jesus please please. Please pray for my mother as today morning she is going to the hospital for check-up as she is in all out of pain in her lower abdomen as she had an operation done 2 years before so please please pray for her that everything must be alright and also please pray for my grandfather's health and also my father's health and also for all my brother and sisters' health and also thank Jesus for my sister's son's health please for my sister's husband and son's health and also all the extended family members' health.

Heavenly Father,

In Jesus' Name, we come to You asking for Your forgiveness for all the sins that ### has committed against You. Please be with ###'s mother as she goes to the hospital today for her check-up. We pray that You would grant her healing and relief from her pain. We also pray for the health of ###'s grandfather, father, brothers, and sisters.
