Please for me and my ###, to treat me equally like others I feel discouraged and upset with the job schedules I have got. I have been nagging her every time but still she is not willing to change which puts me in dilemma that I am not valued. She is a nice ### and supports and encourages us but for my ### they have got flexible timings whereas I am suffering. I don't know how to speak to her more about it. I am afraid that she will get irritated about it. So please pray for me. ### I am going to speak to her about it, please, pray that her heart changes and agree to me making my timings flexible.
