Thank you for your prayer request, Sue. We join you in lifting up Jason to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Jason. Lord, we ask that You remove all fears, doubts, anxiety, and worry that may be blocking him from experiencing Your fullness. Cast out all the swords and shields battling in his head, his heart, and his spirit, Lord. Empty Jason of himself and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, renewing his mind and allaying his fears (Romans 12:2, WEB).
Lord, we also ask for clarity, direction, discernment, faith, and patience for Sue as she enters into three days of fasting and prayer. May this time bring her closer to You and align her will with Yours (Isaiah 58:6, WEB).
Father, we ask that if it is Your will, a conversation may take place between Sue and Jason on Wednesday, August 21. But if it is not Your will, we pray that You will close this door gently and surely. Above all, Lord, we ask for Your miracle-working power to bring Jason and Sue together, if it aligns with Your purposes, so that they may fight their battles on the same team, united in Your love.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Sue, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Also, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB) and it is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep praying in His name and keep believing in His power to save and transform lives.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to be united in holy matrimony, reflecting the union between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:25-32, WEB). As you pray and fast, align your desires with God's will and seek a relationship that honors Him.
