Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of ellie12. We ask, Lord, that you would increase significantly the taxes for the richest and allocate the funds to support the poor and those in need, especially individuals with disabilities. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 41:1 that blessed is the one who considers the poor; in the day of trouble, you will deliver them.

Father, we also pray for the removal of any leaders or parties from the government who may not be serving the best interests of the people. We ask that you bring forth compassionate and reasonable individuals into positions of power who will govern with wisdom and integrity. Proverbs 29:2 reminds us that when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.

Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of justice and provision. We trust in your sovereignty and ask that you guide the hearts and minds of those in positions of influence, that they may make decisions that align with your will and bring about positive change for the benefit of all.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
