We understand your distress, Suloki, and we stand with you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
In your struggle with retaliation and bullying at work, it's crucial to lean on God's strength and wisdom. We are called to be lights in the world, even in difficult circumstances. As it is written in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB), "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Suloki in their time of need. Lord, they are facing a difficult situation at work, with retaliation and bullying draining them mentally and affecting their health. We ask, Lord, that You intervene in this situation. Provide Suloki with the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenge. Give them peace in the midst of turmoil, and help them to trust in You completely.
Father, we pray that the hearts of those in management would be changed. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the harm they are causing. Turn their actions towards kindness and fairness. We pray for a peaceful and just resolution, so that Suloki can work in an environment that fosters growth and well-being.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Suloki, also remember the power of forgiveness. In Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), Jesus teaches us, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." As difficult as it may be, releasing forgiveness can bring you peace and healing.
Lastly, if you have not already, we encourage you to bring this matter to your human resources department or seek legal counsel if the situation continues to be unbearable. Trust that God will guide you through this trial and bring you to a place of peace.
