I can't sleep! It's really affecting my mental health. I can't stand this. It's horrible. I'm trying to get through to doctors and areas that can help, but right now I'm turning to you and to God to bring this need to Him in prayer. I know He's a loving God. I'm getting desperate. As His child in Christ, I'm praying and asking you to pray for me that He will help me find rest.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister Pyrareth who is struggling with sleeplessness. Lord, You are the God of peace, and Your Word tells us that You give Your beloved sleep . We ask that You grant Pyrareth the rest that is so desperately needed.
Father, we know that You care deeply for Your children and that You are aware of every struggle we face. We pray that You would calm Pyrareth's mind and heart, removing any anxiety or stress that is contributing to this sleeplessness. Your Word says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" . We claim this promise for Pyrareth right now.
Lord, guide Pyrareth to the right doctors and resources that can provide the necessary help. We ask for Your divine intervention and wisdom in this situation. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Pyrareth's heart and mind in Christ Jesus .
We trust in Your unfailing love and believe that You will provide the rest and healing that Pyrareth needs. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
