We understand that you are facing spiritual opposition in your workplace and are seeking prayer to maintain your position. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance and encouragement from the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the spiritual forces at play and for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of spiritual warfare, it is crucial to put on the full armor of God. Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB reminds us, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; besides all these, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."
We pray for your strength and endurance in this trial. "Let us therefore fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in good time for every need, Hebrews 4:16 WEB", declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, to walk in integrity, and to seek God's will in all things. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing spiritual opposition in the workplace. We pray that You would surround them with Your favor as with a shield, and that You would give them strength and endurance to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy.
We pray that You would expose and bind any spiritual forces coming against them, and that You would loose Your heavenly host to war on their behalf. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment they shall condemn.
We ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and leading them in the path of righteousness. We pray that You would grant them wisdom and discernment in their interactions with their colleagues and superiors, and that You would cause them to walk in integrity and humility before You.
We pray that You would be glorified in this situation, and that our brother/sister would be a light for You in their workplace. We ask that You would grant them favor with their colleagues and superiors, and that You would promote them in due season.
We thank You for Your faithfulness, and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
