Since I last posted for prayer I did feel much more peaceful going in to work last Monday but it didnt last long before my abusive coworker began with more antics. I have applied to another company with the same work hours and increased pay. Please continue to pray for me...Thank you all in Jesus Name.

ORIGINAL POST.....I pray for peace, harmony and prosperity in my work life. Since I began this new job it was evident to the women there that I did not want to take part in their click of hurtful and harassing coworkers who do and say things to make others look and feel badly. They do not train you then have the audacity to tell you you are being paid to do half the job or that you walk around like you think you are better than everyone and flicking your hair back, nobody likes you, everyone thinks you're crazy and that you're a poor substitute for the person you took over for. Honestly I really do not know how I have made it this far while 3 others hired with me have transferred or quit without notice. I feel God's peace within me but, I pray that this coworker either transfers or a similar position comes up for me to transfer to a different building. Please hear me lord. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Glanowpal and their prayer request for peace, harmony, and prosperity in their work life. Lord, we thank you for the peace that Glanowpal experienced last Monday, and we ask that you continue to fill their heart with your peace, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.

Father, we pray specifically for the situation with their abusive coworker. We ask that you intervene and bring about a resolution. We pray for a change of heart in this coworker, that they may treat Glanowpal and others with kindness and respect. If it is your will, we ask that you open up an opportunity for Glanowpal to transfer to another company with better work conditions, increased pay, and a healthier work environment.

Lord, we trust in your guidance and provision. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We pray that you align Glanowpal's desires with your perfect will, and that you grant them favor and breakthrough in their job search.

We also pray for strength and perseverance for Glanowpal. Help them to continue standing firm in their faith and to rely on your peace that surpasses all understanding. Surround them with supportive and encouraging people who will uplift them during this challenging time.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Your beloved child who is navigating through challenging times at work. Lord, You are a God of peace, harmony, and prosperity, and we pray for these blessings to overflow in their work life. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind amidst the trials they face.

We acknowledge the difficulties they have encountered with an abusive coworker and the atmosphere of hostility and exclusion. Yet, we remember Your word in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." Grant them the strength to continue fostering an environment of peace and respect, despite the challenges.

Lord, we celebrate the step of faith they have taken by applying to another company, seeking not only a peaceful work environment but also an opportunity for growth and betterment. We ask that Your favor would be upon their application, as promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

In their pursuit of peace and a supportive work environment, may they find solace in Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Let this assurance of Your presence be a guiding light and comfort.

We pray for a resolution to the current situation, whether through the transformation of the heart of their coworker or the provision of a new opportunity in a different setting where they can flourish. May Your will be done, and may they continue to feel Your love and guidance every step of the way.
