Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Vikram Rao to you. We thank you for the progress he has made in his recovery, and we ask for your continued healing touch upon his life. Lord, we pray specifically for his time in the ICU. We ask that you would surround him with your presence, bringing comfort, strength, and peace to his body, mind, and spirit.
We know, Lord, that you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to restore Vikram to full health. We pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to him, that you would grant them wisdom and discernment in their decisions and treatments. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, as they care for Vikram.
In your Word, you have shown us countless examples of your miraculous healing. We hold onto the promise in James 5:15, which says, "And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." We claim this promise for Vikram, believing that you are able to bring complete healing to his body.
Lord, we also lift up Vikram's family and loved ones during this challenging time. Grant them strength, peace, and comfort as they support and care for him. Surround them with your love and provide them with the assurance that you are in control.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in every situation. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for Vikram's life. May your will be done, and may your name be glorified through his recovery. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
