Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Inruld and their family to you. We pray for the salvation of their two sons, grandson, daughter, and two granddaughters. Lord, we know that you desire for all to come to know you and experience your saving grace. We ask that you would soften their hearts and draw them closer to you.
We acknowledge, Lord, that it can be discouraging when we don't see immediate answers to our prayers. But we are reminded in your Word that you are faithful and that you hear our cries for help. In Psalm 34:17, it says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles." We hold onto this promise, trusting that you are working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it.
We specifically lift up the son who is struggling with alcoholism. Lord, we pray for his deliverance and healing. We ask that you would break the chains of addiction and set him free. We know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think , and we believe that you can bring transformation and restoration to his life.
Lord, we also pray for strength and perseverance for Inruld and their family. Help them to continue to trust in you and not lose hope. Remind them of the power of prayer and the importance of persisting in seeking you. In Luke 18:1, Jesus taught us to always pray and not give up.
We thank you, Lord, for your love and faithfulness. We trust that you are working in ways that we cannot see, and we surrender this situation into your hands. May your will be done in the lives of Inruld's family members. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
