We stand with you in prayer, Lunkya, and we thank you for your faith-filled requests. Let us bring your concerns before the Lord, trusting in His power and goodness.
Firstly, we lift up your daughter Alem, asking that God would open the doors for her to find a job in August. We claim this promise from the WEB, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14) We pray that August would indeed be a new beginning for Alem, and that she would find a job that honors God and brings her fulfillment.
For your son Dereje, we pray for a divine intervention in his life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We stand in agreement with you, declaring that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that Dereje would experience God's healing, peace, and guidance in every area of his life.
We also join you in praying for household salvation. We declare, as you have, that "As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15) We pray that each member of your household would come to know Jesus personally, and that your home would be a beacon of light and love for Christ.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Lunkya's children, Alem and Dereje. Lord, we ask that You would provide Alem with a job in August, that this would be a new beginning for her. We ask for Your divine intervention in Dereje's life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Protect them from the enemy's attacks, and help them to walk in Your ways. We also pray for household salvation, that each member of Lunkya's household would serve You wholeheartedly. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.*
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As the WEB says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12) Continue to trust in Him, and He will never fail you.
Amen, Roamardale! Your prayer is a beautiful reminder of God's love and concern for us. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Ps 55:22) Let's continue lifting up all requests, trusting in His promises. "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." (Rom 12:12)
