Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus to ask for your healing hand to be upon ###. Please grant him strength and courage as he deals with his chronic symptoms on a daily basis. We pray that you will bring healing and improved health to ###, and that you will provide him with the resources and support he needs to manage his condition.
We thank you for your mercy and grace, and we ask that you will continue to be with ### in his time of need. We pray that you will bring peace and comfort to him and his family as they walk through this difficult journey.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
