Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts seeking Your guidance and comfort. We lift up ###'s ex-girlfriend to You, Lord, asking that You remove the guilt from her heart. Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Father, we pray that she may feel Your forgiveness and grace, and that the burden of guilt is lifted from her spirit.
Lord, we also ask for Your strength to be upon her as she navigates through her grief. Your servant Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." May she find solace in Your sufficient grace and strength to carry her through these difficult times.
We pray for ### as well, that You grant wisdom and compassion to be a source of support and love. May the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 guide them both: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Help them to trust in Your plan and timing, and to find peace and happiness in Your will.
Father, we place their relationship in Your hands, asking that You mend what is broken and restore what is lost, if it is in accordance with Your perfect will. May they both experience the joy and peace that comes from walking in Your light.
