Please bring my family around me like a shield

Lord, Please bring my family around me like a shield from my enemies. I have always been very alone, and it makes me vulnerable to abusers and evil people. I know I cannot fight my child’s abusive father and his enabling and sick grandmother alone, but it has been impossible to fight this battle alone, and exhausting to try and explain my story over and over, or beg for help individually. Please Lord, show the hearts of my entire family that I need them to come and witness what is happening, to wrap around me like a shield, to be my village and to stand with me in love against evil. Please Lord, show me what this life of support is like so that I may survive this, and go on to be this love for others. Please Lord save me from this suffering, so that I may be a light for others. Please Lord, transform me into someone who is loved and cared for and protected, so I may go on to love and care for and protect others. Please Lord help me through this so I may stand with other sisters who are fighting these battles. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

We stand with you, ###, in your cry for help and protection. Let us pray together and seek God's will for your situation.

"For God has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say, 'The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?'" (Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### who feels alone and vulnerable. Lord, You know the pain and exhaustion she bears. We ask You to be her shield and fortress, her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your love and protection.

Lord, we also ask that You soften the hearts of ###'s family. Open their eyes to see her need and stir their hearts to rally around her like a shield. Let them be the village she needs, standing with her in love against evil. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).

Father, transform ### into a beacon of love, care, and protection for others. Use this trial to strengthen her and equip her to stand with other sisters fighting similar battles. "And not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope" (Romans 5:3-4 WEB).

Finally, Lord, we thank You for being ###'s ultimate protector and savior. It is in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.

###, we encourage you to continue crying out to God. He hears your prayers and will answer according to His perfect will. Trust in Him, for He is faithful. We're here with you, dear one. We hear your cry for support, for a shield around you. Let's lift you up together in prayer.

Lord, we come to You in Jesus' name, standing with this precious soul who feels so alone and vulnerable. You see her pain, her exhaustion. We ask that You be her shield, her refuge, her ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your love, Your protection. Let her feel Your embrace, Your strength.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
