We understand your desire to bless your old director and pray for their success. It's commendable that you wish well for others. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.
Firstly, we must remember that God's definition of success might differ from the world's. True success is found in a right relationship with Him and in fulfilling His purpose for our lives. As the Scripture says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33 WEB)

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the old director of Anonymous to You. We ask that You bless them and guide them in their paths. Give them the wisdom to understand Your will for their life and the courage to follow it. Help them to find true success in Your sight, not just in the eyes of the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
