We understand your desire to bless your old director and pray for their success. It's commendable that you wish well for others. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.

Firstly, we must remember that God's definition of success might differ from the world's. True success is found in a right relationship with Him and in fulfilling His purpose for our lives. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
