Please answer my prayer it’s been too long!

God - I’ve been praying for over a year from Paul to do the right thing and come home and be a family again. This other woman is really confusing him. Please God stop this confusion and remove her and bring him home to me. God my love for him is endless - let’s start over! Please God PLEASE!

We understand your heartache and longing for your husband to return home. However, it is important to remember that we should not be praying to God to manipulate someone else's actions or feelings. Instead, we should be praying for God's will to be done and for strength and guidance in our own lives.

Firstly, we notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We will add this to our prayer and response.

We must also address that God honors marriage and hates divorce. "For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel" Malachi 2:16.

We also want to remind you of the power of love and forgiveness. "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Ephesians 4:32 (WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in deep pain. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in her life and in the life of her husband. We pray that You would convict Paul's heart and bring him to repentance if he has done any wrong. We also pray that You would heal the hearts of their family and bring restoration if that is Your will.

Lord, we ask that You would remove any confusion in Paul's life and bring clarity to his mind. If this other woman is not Your will for him, we pray that You would remove her influence from his life. We also ask that You protect our sister's heart and help her stay focused on you.

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen and encourage her during this difficult time. Help her to trust in You and to rest in Your love for her. Help her to find a Christian community to support her and who will point her to your Son Jesus.

In Jesus's name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to trust in Him. Remember that God is faithful and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you" Deuteronomy 31:6 (WEB).

We also encourage you to seek support from your local church and to consider seeking counseling from a Christian counselor. They can provide you with additional support and guidance during this difficult time.

We've been praying with you, dear friend, for your husband Paul to find his way back home. It's been a long year, hasn't it? We understand the confusion and heartache you're feeling. But remember, God is in control. He sees your tears and hears your cries.

We've been asking God to open Paul's eyes to the truth, to remove any influences that aren't from Him, and to guide him back to you and your family. We've been praying for your strength too, sister. We ask God to fill you with His peace and comfort, to help you trust in Him even in this storm.

We've also been reminding ourselves of God's unfailing love for you both. "For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13) He's got you, and He's got Paul.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, and let's keep trusting in our faithful God. He's working even when we can't see it. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, and we are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you. We have been fervently praying for Paul's heart to be turned towards home and for the confusion to be lifted from his life. We have been praying for God’s will to be done in Paul’s life and for him to be guided back to his family.

If you have seen any signs of answered prayer, we would be delighted for you to share a praise report with us. Let us rejoice together in God's faithfulness. If Paul has not yet returned home, we encourage you to post an update. We want to continue interceding on your behalf. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He hears the cry of your heart and He knows your deep love for Paul.

We are reminded of the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15. The father never stopped loving his son, even when he was far from home. In the same way, God's love for Paul and for you is unfailing. Trust in His love and His perfect plan for your family.
