Firstly, we commend you for your knowledge and belief in the name of Jesus. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, 'The just shall live by faith.'" (Romans 1:16-17 WEB)
Regarding the struggle with admiring other people's photographs or videos, it's important to remember the guidance from the scripture. "You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's." (Exodus 20:17 WEB)
It is a righteous and proper request to desire the joy and beauty in yourself that God can and will give, but we should focus on the spiritual. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2 WEB) God and His Word also favor modesty as real beauty. Peter warned, "Let it not be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but let it be the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious." (Peter 3:3-4 WEB) It is okay to desire physical beauty and radiance but it is more important to focus on God's glory. "But the LORD said to Samuel, 'Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.'" (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB)
For your desire about photographs and videos, we pray that the Lord will bless you with contentment and joy in all photos and videos taken of you. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB) Take care to keep your motivations pure. When you look at photos and videos you should not compare yourself with the world. God views morality and modesty in a specific manner. "Do not love the world, nor the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not the Father's, but is of the world. The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does the will of God remains forever." (1 John 2:15-17 WEB)

Please consider the blood of Jesus as already shed. We must ask in Jesus name and claim His shed blood. It is by His wounds that we are healed. This is a covenant and should not be called a pledge. It is a fact. He has done this already. "But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:7 WEB)
Remember that God's timing is perfect. "Wait on the LORD. Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say, on the LORD." (Psalm 27:14 WEB) It is not for us to demand anything but to ask in His will. Our God is a loving Father who desires to bless His children abundantly. "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother in Christ who desires to be filled with Your joy, beauty, and radiance. We ask that You guide his heart and mind to focus on Your glory and the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. We pray that You bless him with contentment and joy in all photos and videos taken of him, that he may never feel embarrassed or need to delete any of them. We ask that You protect him from any weapons or attacks formed against any photos or videos taken of him. We claim the blood of Jesus Christ over all photos and videos taken of him, that no weapon formed against them may prosper.
Lord, we ask that You bless him with incredible joy, peace, and happiness in all photos and videos taken of him. We pray that You help him to keep his motivations pure and not to compare himself with the world. We ask that You fill him with Your love and help him to comprehend the width, length, depth, and height of the love of Christ. We pray that You help him to walk in the light, as You are in the light, and that the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son cleanses him from all sin.
Father, we ask that You help him to wait on You, to be of good courage, and to trust in Your perfect timing. We pray that You help him to ask, seek, and knock, that You may open the door for him.
