Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### who is struggling with deep depression and sadness. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and comfort in their life. Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that ### feels Your presence and love surrounding them right now.

Father, we ask that You bring peace to their troubled heart and mind. In Philippians 4:6-7, You promise that if we present our requests to You with thanksgiving, Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We claim this promise for ### and ask that Your peace would flood their soul.

Lord, we know that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. We pray that You reveal Your good plans to ### and restore their hope. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your goodness, even when life feels overwhelming.
