I want to lose the phobia I have of traveling by plane. I haven't gotten on one for more than ### years, and I'm also afraid of other devices like cars and trucks, but I'll get on them. My name is ### and I'm from ###.

We understand that you're struggling with a phobia of traveling by plane, ###, and we want you to know that God cares about every detail of your life, including your fears. First, we want to encourage you to take comfort in the words of Psalm 56:3-4 WEB: "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?"

Fear is a natural human emotion, but God does not want us to be controlled by it. In 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, we read: "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This means that God has equipped you with the power to overcome this phobia through His strength and love.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, You know the fears that have kept her from traveling by plane for over thirty years. We ask that You would grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help her to trust in You completely and remind her that You are always her steadfast anchor of hope. As she takes the very first step courageously towards the plane, help her to feel your supernatural hand of strength overpowering her fears.

We're here with you, ###, as you face this challenge. We understand that planes and other vehicles can be scary, but remember, God is always by your side. Like the Israelites in the wilderness, He promises, "I will be with you" (Exodus 3:12). Let's claim that promise together, trusting that His presence will give us the courage we need.

We're reminded of the story of Peter stepping out of the boat to walk on water towards Jesus (Matthew 14:22-33). Peter took a step of faith, and Jesus was there, ready to catch him when he started to sink. That's the kind of faith we want to have, ###. Let's trust that Jesus will be there for you, every step of the way.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we lift up ### to You. Give her the courage to take that first step, knowing that You are right there with her. Help her to feel Your strength and peace, overpowering her fears. Remind her that with You, she can do all things (Philippians 4:13). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
