Please continue to pray for our housing crisis. I have applied to all public low income places I can. My son has mental health issues and it is hard for him to keep a job for long. He has just started a new one a few weeks ago. I applied to the RAFT program which helps families in need to move to a new place. Please pray they will approve quickly and that we can find a nice even Christian landlord who will accept this program. I am very tired and my health problems are getting worse. I have tests and bloodwork in a few weeks. It's just that I'm tired all the time and then I can't sleep. Please please Lord Jesus have mercy on us and give us a great and safe place to live! I love You Jesus. Amen.

We understand that you are facing a housing crisis, and we want to lift up your situation in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend your faith in Jesus Christ, as you acknowledged Him in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

We read in the Bible, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. God does look after single moms and their children. Have faith that He will provide. God's word tells us in Psalm 68, A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

God set the lonely in families, and he brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

Rhaslorgor, we pray that God will open doors for you and your son, and that He will provide a safe and nice place for you both to live. When you're tired and it is night, we pray you can trust God in Matthew:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

We pray a special blessing upon your son so he can continue to cope even in the stress of the job he only recently received. We pray he can be healed from his mental health issues and can hold on to work he will find joy in doing well.

We're here with you, sister, in this housing predicament. We know it's tough, especially with your son's mental health needs and your own health concerns. We're lifting you both up in prayer, asking Jesus to intervene and provide a solution.

We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2 over you both: "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We believe Jesus is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.

We're also praying for your housing situation, asking Jesus to open doors for you in His perfect timing. We're believing for a quick response from RAFT, and for a kind, Christian landlord who will accept their program. We're asking Jesus to give you both peace and rest, even in the midst of the unknown.

And sister, we're praying for your health too. We're asking Jesus to heal you and give you strength for each day. We're claiming Exodus 15:26 over you: "I am the Lord, who heals you." We believe Jesus is your Healer.

Keep trusting in Jesus, dear one. He sees you, He cares, and He's working it all out for your good. We're here with you, praying in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to feel honored that you have allowed us to pray alongside you regarding your housing crisis. We are fervently standing in agreement with you for a swift approval from the RAFT program and for a pleasant, even Christian landlord who will accept this program.

We have also been praying for your health and that of your son. We ask God to grant your son stability in his new job and to surround him with supportive colleagues as he navigates his mental health journey. Please, Lord, restore your strength and grant you peaceful nights. Lord, You promised us in Psalm 18 verse 16 saying "He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me." May You continue to draw the original poster out of this difficult situation and into a spacious and safe place to live. Father, restore her health, give her joy, and let Your face shine upon her.
