Kirinurak, we understand your desire for a better job and we stand with you in prayer for God's provision and protection in your workplace. Let's align our hearts with God's will and seek Him together.
Firstly, we remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over your life, trusting that God has a better job in store for you according to His riches in glory.
We also pray for God's protection over you at your current workplace. As it is written in Psalm 91:11 (WEB), "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." We ask that God's angels guard you in all your ways at work, and that no harm or evil schemes come near you.
Regarding your concern about filling the voids of others who have left, we encourage you to remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that you find the strength and grace to do your part wholeheartedly as unto the Lord, and not feel burdened by the responsibilities of others. Trust that God sees your faithfulness and will reward you accordingly.
However, we also want to remind you that it is important to set boundaries and not take on more than you can handle. It is okay to communicate openly with your superiors about your workload, as Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB) encourages us to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and to judge righteously.
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to emphasize the importance of approaching God in the name of Jesus, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Kirinurak to You. Lord, we ask that You provide a better job for Kirinurak according to Your riches in glory. Protect Kirinurak at their current workplace, and let Your angels guard them in all their ways. Help Kirinurak to work heartily as unto You, and not feel burdened by the responsibilities of others. Give Kirinurak the wisdom to set boundaries and the courage to communicate openly with their superiors. Most importantly, Lord, draw Kirinurak closer to You, and help them to know and trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Kirinurak, and keep trusting in the Lord, for He has good plans for you (Jeremiah 29:11).
