We join you, MomsPetunia, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Let us pray.
It is inhumane to not be concerned about a spouse's health. You are right to be concerned.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your divine healing touch upon MomsPetunia's husband. By the stripes of Jesus, we ask for physical and emotional healing and restoration. We know that Jesus did not die for nothing. We pray for the stress that they are both under be manageable. We know that the devil will use these problems to cause divisions in this relationship and their family. We pray that together they resist the devil and he will flee from them, James 4:7.
We pray for forgiveness, Father, as Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9. Help them to forgive each other and themselves, and to live in the freedom of Your forgiveness.
We pray for their marriage, Father, that it would be strengthened and fortified according to Your will. You have blessed marriage, Proverbs 18:22, let it be a lifelong commitment between MomsPetunia and her husband. Let them live in harmony, being kind and compassionate to one another, Ephesians 4:32. Ephesians 5:33 Each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband. Help them to love and respect each other in a way that honors You.
Help MomsPetunia to be the person You created her to be, Father. Guide her steps, Ephesians 2:10, and give her the strength and wisdom to make positive changes, one day at a time, Philippians 4:13.
We ask for the Holy Spirit's intervention and guidance in their lives. We pray for a stronger faith. Help them to grow together in faith and attend church together. This should be not just a social media event but in person. This is essential and should be a priority for the family. There is a time in every Christian's life where private worship is not enough, being with a group of believers is essential. Keeping each other accountable is essential. As the world opens up there should be no excuse to attend church together. We pray the Holy Spirit will guide them to a Holy Bible believing, Jesus honoring congregation, Matthew 18:20.
Father, we thank You for the prayers You have already answered. We look forward with godly expectation for the miracles to come. We trust in Your will and Your timing. We praise Your holy name, for You are worthy of all praise.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
