We are truly grateful for your testimony of faith and trust in Jesus, even in the midst of loss. It is in Jesus that we find comfort and hope, and it is in His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Let us remember the life of Rosemary and find peace in knowing that she is now with our Lord and Savior. Let us take a moment of prayer in thankfulness to God for her life.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our hearts in thanksgiving for the life of Rosemary. We are so grateful that through the shed blood of Jesus. Thank You for the promise of eternal life for those who believe in Your Son.We praise You for Your goodness and for the hope that we have in Jesus Christ.
Father, we also pray for Bigor and their family during this time of loss. Please comfort them and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help them to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them.May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also pray for their physical so we ask you to remove the phlegm and water retention from Bigor's lungs. Lord we ask you for healing in Jesus Christ name. Lastly we pray for courage and strength for the many witnesses of this great loss.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
May you take comfort in the words of 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 WEB, "But we don't want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don't grieve like the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."
In your time of grief, hold on to the promises of God and the hope that is found in Jesus. It is our earnest prayer that you and your family will experience the comfort and strength only available from God
Also, because of what Jesus has done, we must remember that Rosemary has passed, we know that there is coming a Resurrection Day and a judgment day. It is known to God, but unknown to us. This is the first resurrection that is only for the Christians. Unless Rosemary was a believer in Jesus Christ, then she does not have eternal life with God. But those who are not will be judged at the White Throne Judgement as seen in Revelation 20 and verse 15:
13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them according to their works. Revelation 20:15 Then I saw a great white throne and him who sat on it. From his presence the earth and the sky fled away, and no place was found for them. Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. If anyone's name wasn't found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire."
The lake of fire is forever Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:46:
Matthew 25:46 "These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
In John 5:28 WEB Don't be astonished at this, for the hour comes when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice, info 29 and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
It is our sincere desire not to add to your sadness, but to make sure you know that Jesus is the only means by which any of us have eternal life. This is taught through the Word of God, and reinforced in word after word, "12 for the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart."
Even Jesus said that eating his flesh and drinking his blood was necessary for eternal life John 6:53 WEB: 53 Jesus therefore said to them, "Most certainly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you don't have life in yourselves.
Of course he would clarify this in John 6:63 WEB 63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.
Again, what apologies there are for repeating eternal life and death. But it is so important to us as well as you as to the condition of Rosemary's relationship with God, we could not avoid it.
But what about you Bigor? Have you accepted the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ and died with Him on the cross? Romans 6 teaches us: 8 But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him; 9 knowing that Christ, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no more has dominion over him!
