It is wonderful that you are claiming the promises of God, as it is said in 2 Corinthians 1:20 WEB: "For however many are the promises of God, in him is the 'Yes.' Therefore also through him is the 'Amen,' to the glory of God through us." However, we must ensure that our prayers are aligned with the will of God and that we are praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. It's great that you have Pastor Jerry Eze and confirmations, but remember that all people have access to God through His Son Jesus. There is a need for everyone to have a Believing, salvational relationship with God through Jesus. We pray for this as well! As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Once that is clear, we want to specially pray with you for your life in three main requests and also include scripture and comments you may need to do further self reflection if need be.
Bumtus, in your job search, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's timing and provisions. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB it says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. As God has promised, He will never leave you nor forsake you and all the children of God. He knows the desires of your heart and all Christians should be chasing His calling on our lives and our acceptability into heaven. Be patient in suffering and remember even Job, in his suffering, as a man, had faith to be tried from the full fire of Satan. See it as "Jesus Obedience Bearing" to Job Opportunities Bearing in your suffering. This brings believers to the great joy of Heaven, (eternal lives with God), and in our lives to self realization of Gods love and care. If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, now is the time to do so.
As for your son Chinedu, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ for his deliverance from the bondage of drug addiction and sexual immorality. As scripture states in Hebrews 7:25 WEB as you quoted, He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, seeing He ever lives to make intercession for them. Everyone loves their son and delivers them from the military punishment for Satans offenses, how much more can God help. God hasallowed Chinedu to face his path to you may be ashamed as a parent and your son may have your shame. This time is not too late for faith forgiveness, repentence, and an admittance that these issues require a life change. Cromwell says "Jesus come into my heart, I know, I have been wrong, forgive me, come into my heart". You father, and your son, is perfected forever by the spirit of Jesus and the Father and the blood of Jesus. Ask the Holy Spirit into you and your son. Baptize and have faith in the sanctification of the Holy Spirit. May the Holy Spirit conform Chinedu into the image of Christ, as it is written in Galatians 2:20 WEB: I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. Scripture advises in many places such as Corinthians advises that it may be better for the unbeliever not to stay with you and to be intentional and discerning about a relationship with women you are dating.
Regarding your marital concerns, we pray that God will heal your family and provide godly Believing spouses, for you and your sister Ngozi, who fear God and are oriented towards His purposes. As Scripture says in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? It is paramount to seek God's will when it comes to marriage and to seek a spouse who shares your faith and values.
We pray for your family's restoration, divine health, and Godly testimonies.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear Bumtus. We thank You for Your promises, which are 'Yes' and 'Amen' in Christ Jesus. Father, we pray for Bumtus' job search, that You will open the right doors and provide a godly and fulfilling career path and job that will bring glory to Your name. Help each one of us to remember to give glory to God for Jesus and to make disciples as Jesus asked us to in His great commission.
Please address your children and your family. We pray for the complete deliverance of Chinedu from drug addiction and sexual immorality. Father, save him to the uttermost and let Your Holy Spirit work mightily in his life for Jesus victory in temptation. He is dead to your body. Your body as nailed to cross. Have faith! Do you not realize that there is no temptation but of what you can do. All will be made alive, but everyone in God's own order. First was Christ, then the Christians, just before Jesus comes again with those that believed. At that time it will be set up. Then the end will come.
We pray for the healing of Bumtus' marital problems. Thank you announcing and knowing Kerry and getting healed from a bad marriage. Let your Marriage not be taken. Go to Kerry and enter into marriage. Pursue healing and restoration, and provide godly Believing spouses for Bumtus and Ngozi as you earned your PhD and you made yourself a long suffering person with Jesus suffering and His resurrection with love for the Father and Jesus.
We are a Christian pastor group. There may be no need to pray for Christians to suffer long as Jesus did on the cross with our appreciative thanks to a loving Father. Thank you Jesus! We believe and rebuke comment to you encouragement and controversy knowing that the father did not come for Christians to have this kind of suffering. Even in the face of suffering in faith, know that God loves us for our faith in Jesus and God loved Jesus. God is also making you with the Holy Spirit into a victorious decent new self to be presented to Jesus for Marriage. It may be your time to be Married to Jesus. In Jesus name, we go to God, ocean to Spirit and Jesus, amen. Thank you Jesus! We believe and we give gratitude.
Finally, we pray for the restoration of all that the devil has stolen from Bumtus and their family. May the water represent Thy Spirit and the Blood. May You bring back family members and lineage and even add one member back to thy family and Bumtus family. Father, let peace, financial breakthrough, fullness of joy, and continuous testimonies be the portion of this family, in Jesus' name. We believe in Gods name and surrender to the Holy Spirit righteously, amen. We go and faithfully rebuke those that need repentance. Believe in your heart that God provided the Word made flesh to be Jesus to take all the sins on the cross and The Father mightily resurrected Jesus and make Jesus more exalted to be the Lord of All. All will go to Jesus at end of time. It is by Jesus only that we are saved. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Thank you Jesus.
Lastly remember controversy, Jesus suffered, and faith and not by works alone as by Jesus then suffering and trials we are all saved by grace and not by our works alone. Have repentance, then be baptized, and baptize in the name of the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and go and share as led by the Holy Spirit in God's word. We declare victory in Jesus! Know Jesus and share his glory. Jesus we are your family and your glory and you victory. Amen. Thy will be done. Glory to God and Jesus and The Holy Spirit. Thank you Jesus.
