We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we can be saved,
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost. Trust God to guide each of you.
First, let's address the spiritual attack you mentioned. We are reminded in Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We pray that God will give you strength and endurance to withstand this attack, and that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We lift up your people, your family, and you to the Lord, praying for His divine protection. In Psalm 91:11 WEB, God promises, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." We claim this promise over you and your loved ones.
We pray for your salvation, healing, and a deeper seeking of the Lord's face and His kingdom. May God grant you the desire of your heart, which is to know Him more. We are reminded in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We intercede for the church, praying for its healing and unity. Jesus prayed in John 17:21 WEB: "that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me." May God's people be unified and strengthened.
We pray for ministers and messengers to go out into the world and proclaim the good news. In Mark 16:15 WEB, Jesus said, "Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation." May laborers be sent into the harvest field.
We lift up our leaders, praying for God to grant them wisdom. In 1 Kings 3:9 WEB, Solomon asked God for "an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil." May our leaders have such discernment.
We pray for healing miracles for the children suffering from cancer and other illnesses. In Matthew 19:26 WEB, Jesus said, "With God all things are possible." We claim this promise over their lives.
We pray for our brothers and sisters to seek the Lord's face daily, for their faith to be strengthened, and for less division in the church. May God's people be drawn closer to Him and to each other.
We pray for addicts to be saved, strengthened, and gifted with sobriety. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, God's grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness. May addicts find their strength in Him.
We pray for those contemplating suicide to turn away from their plans and turn to Christ. In John 10:10 WEB, Jesus said, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." May they find abundant life in Him.
We pray for our brothers and sisters with dementia, that God would remind them of His unfailing love. In Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB, "It is of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness." May they sense His faithfulness and love.
We pray for those with memory problems and dementia who haven't been saved, that they would receive visitors to share the good news, that they would be given hearts of flesh, and that they too would be saved. In Ezekiel 36:26 WEB, God promised, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you."
Lastly, we pray for your friend to come to Christ. In Acts 16:31 WEB, "They said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.'" May they believe and be saved.
We pray for your sister in Christ who has cancer, that God would heal her, strengthen her faith, and use this time for His glory. In Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God." May this trial be used for good. We are reminded to pray always for each other.
