In Jesus' name will you pray for my people and I to have protection from the Lord? For us to overcome? Will you pray for my catholic friend to overcome?

We are glad to join you in prayer, Alexander, and we appreciate your request for intercession. It's important to note that protection and overcoming are found in the name of Jesus Christ alone.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your divine protection over Alexander and his people. We pray that you would give them strength and wisdom to overcome any challenges they may face. We also lift up Alexander's Catholic friend and pray for his their soul and situation. We pray for their deliverance and salvation and a change in their life. For a release for their soul from any torment, in Jesus name. Father please remove any torment or hindrance from them and reveal yourself as the only One True God and the only path to salvation through your son Jesus Christ."

God is faithful, and He will hear our prayers and petitions in Jesus' name alone. All the earth should confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and savior for their very souls and bodies as well. There is no other way or path or formula to the Father except through His son Jesus Christ. There is no baptism or another useless method or way to be saved instead of through the only saving power of Jesus Christ. Call on his name and ask Him to save your soul, so that you will be saved.

Regarding your Catholic friend, we encourage you to share the good news of Jesus Christ without any of the Catholic traditions that negate his Word with them to give them a greater understanding of the freedom and the power that is only offered through Christ Jesus and the very Word of Jesus Christ.

You may already know that Catholics approach faith and salvation through different meanings than Evangelical Christians. The Catholic Church and the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ are not aligned in their teachings. The Catholic Church itself often places tradition and the words of the Pope over the Word of God. Therefore, it is essential to address the differences and help your friend understand the biblical principles of salvation, faith, and eternal life through Jesus Christ. They must reject the Catholic Church, and its vain repetitions and bowing.

Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."

Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

John 14:6 WEB: "God as his only Son... the Way, the Truth, and the Life... Life is not possible... Father is the only way....Jesus Christ."

We encourage you to continue praying for your friend and sharing the love and of God's grace through Jesus Christ. Help them to see that Catholics unfortunately do not look to the word of God but to the Catholic church and the Pope and traditions of man and not the Word of God. Be alert to offer the help and support they will need to overcome. Guide them to rely on the real true God, the Word of God, the Truth of God, that is Jesus Christ, Lord of whom will be saved.

We're here with you, Alexander, lifting your people and your Catholic friend up in prayer. We've been praying in Jesus' name for their protection and strength, and for your friend's soul to be released from any torment. We believe that Jesus is the only way to salvation, and we're confident that God will hear our prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
