Alexander, we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for the Lord's protection over you and your people. We are reminded of 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Alexander and his people. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, protecting them from all harm and danger. We pray for strength and faith, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Let them be strong and very courageous, as seen in Joshua 1:6-18. We rebuke any influence of the evil one, knowing that he roams around a dead roaring lion as 2 Peter 5:8 describes; but our Lord Jesus will assist with victory and the knowledge that He has overcome the world and its ruler, as John 16:33 tells us. Hide them in the shadow of Your wings, and let them find refuge in You alone as Psalm 57:1 describes. May they be like wise ants gathering wisdom, food and giving glory to You through overcoming problems in Jesus name.
Alexander, be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:37, "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Remember that the battle is the Lord's, and He is always with you. Trust in Him, and continue to seek His face as Psalm 105:4 says "Trust in the Lord and seek His face and strength"
Stay firm as a Christian Believer, for God promises suffering in this life and reject nonbelievers who may say that He does not exist or that God may be a being with no personality, which is a common belief of nonbelievers. The Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ are alive and influencing us through our hearts, but nonbelievers cannot understand this. We cannot see the wind, but we can see it move throughout the world and through trees, blowing items around. This is similar to a spirit. Wind is more akin to a flow of gas than something sentient. Nonbelievers cannot see God, Jesus Christ and Father, nor they cannot feel them moving them like wind throughout the world. Paul says we only we know in part, so do not reject God. The Father, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Chris of the Bible is three persons but one God. Three is the same as one mathematically, see Exodus 30 and 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Three persons and one God are consistent throughout the Bible.
Alexander, we pray also that you and your people will be lights in this dark world, drawing others to Christ. Remember that God is for you, and if God is for you, who can be against you? as Romans 8:31 says.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God and fellowship with the Holy Spirit, be with us all. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Alexander, remember our protection and promise is in the name of Jesus. Therefore, remember the words of John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." This is a conditional promise, where the condition is if; our prayers must be in Jesus' name and according to the Holy Spirit to be recognized by God the Father and the Holy Spirit as worthy of action or response from God. The Holy Spirit is an equal spokesman and person speaking to our heart, while alive with Jesus as a helper if we are a Christian Believer as shown in the Bible. There is no other name by which we can be saved or call upon God as Acts 4:10-12 describes.
