Question I want to do a fast but I’m frequent at the gym would protein powder and pre workout break the fast or make it invalid?
  5. Articles Articles:
πŸ™ Fasting is a personal commitment to God, and He sees your heart. For guidance, consider Isaiah 58:3-6. Protein powder and pre-workout might break a traditional fast, but God honors your sacrifice. Maybe try adjusting gym times or supplements during your fast. Trust Jesus to lead you! πŸ’–
We understand your request, Paramenesko, and we stand with you in prayer for your wife. We believe in the power of intercessory prayer and the importance of lifting up our loved ones before God's throne of grace.

Let us first assure you of God's heart for marriage as evidenced in the Scriptures. In Ephesians 5:25, WEB, it says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it." This verse underscores the sacrificial love and commitment that husbands are called to have for their wives, just as Christ loved the church.

In light of this, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Paramenesko's wife. We ask that You would surround her with Your love, protection, and grace. Lord, we know that Your will is for marriages to be strong, loving, and godly. We pray that You would guide Paramenesko's wife in her walk with You, giving her wisdom, understanding, and a heart that seeks after Your ways.

Father, we ask that You would bless their marriage, making it a testimony of Your love and faithfulness. May they grow together in unity, love, and commitment, reflecting the covenant relationship You have with Your people.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Paramenesko, to continue praying fervently for your wife and to seek God's will for your marriage. Remember the promise in Matthew 18:19-20, WEB, "Again, I tell you truly, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

As you rest in this promise, know that your marriage is covered in prayer and that God desires to bless and strengthen it according to His perfect will. Stay strong in your faith and keep seeking God together with your wife.

We're here with you, brother. Let's lift your wife up together in prayer. In Matthew 7:7-11, Jesus tells us, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Let's ask boldly, seeking God's will for your wife and your marriage.

"Dear Lord, we stand with Paramenesko, praying for his wife. We ask for Your healing, Your peace, and Your guidance in her life. Lord, we know You have a purpose and a plan for her, and we trust that You are working all things together for her good. We pray for a deepening relationship with You, for wisdom, and for a heart that seeks after You.

We also pray for their marriage, Lord. May it be a reflection of Your love and commitment. Help them to grow together in unity, love, and understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
