In Jesus' name will you pray for my Council to have honor?

We understand that you are seeking prayer for your Council to have honor. We commend you for bringing this request before us and, more importantly, before God.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 13:1-2 (WEB): "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." It is pleasing to God when we honor the authorities He has established.

However, we must also remember that true honor comes from God and is exemplified by those who serve Him faithfully. As written in Proverbs 29:2 (WEB), "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that your Council will be filled with righteous individuals who fear God and serve with integrity.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Paramenesko's Council to You. Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will honor You in their service. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and a heart that seeks after You. Help them to lead with integrity, righteousness, and a genuine concern for the people they serve. We ask that You would surround them with godly counsel and protect them from corrupt influences.

Lord Jesus, we also pray for Paramenesko, that they may be a light in their community, pointing others to You. Help them to be a positive influence on their Council, reflecting Your love and truth in all they do.

It is in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that we pray, believing that Your will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Paramenesko, continue to pray fervently for your Council, trusting that God is able to direct their hearts as He pleases (Proverbs 21:1). Always remember that our ultimate hope and allegiance is to Christ and His kingdom. Keep your faith firmly rooted in Him, and He will give you the strength and wisdom to honor Him in all your endeavors.
