A very close family member of mine is very manipulative, deceitful, spiteful, and uses all manner of curses against me in our conversations when I respectfully stick up for myself. In Jesus' name I ask that you would petition the LORD to show her the error of her ways and to defeat this spirit of bitterness that dwells within her. Amen.

She tells people I'm unable to care for myself and in the next conversation she insinuates that I am. She manipulates my family members into thinking one thing or the other or at least makes the attempt and I need the LORD's help in this.

She curses me and then when I call her out for cursing me she insinuates that I have been cursing her even though I have not been. Edification.

She is very immature and hateful and I need the LORD's help with helping her.

Paramenesko, we join you in prayers for this challenging situation with your family member. We begin by reminding you of the words of our Lord Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the family member who has been causing strife and pain. Lord, we ask that You reveal to her the error of her ways, that she may see the hurt she is causing. We rebuke the spirit of bitterness, manipulation, and deceit that dwells within her, and we ask that You fill her with Your Holy Spirit, bringing forth the fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control instead.*

*Father, we also pray for Paramenesko. Strengthen them in this trial. Grant them the wisdom to navigate these difficult conversations, the discernment to know when to speak and when to remain silent, and the love to bless those who curse them. Protect their reputation and their relationships with other family members. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Paramenesko, remember the words of Romans 12:17-19 (WEB), "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves... rather, give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Continue to do good and trust in the Lord. Stand firm in your faith and convictions, but always be ready to extend forgiveness and love. We encourage you to study the life of Jesus and how He handled false accusations and insults. Let His example guide you.
