Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up Twiudarormore's brother Juan, seeking God's intervention and deliverance from addiction. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Firstly, we acknowledge the severe bondage that addiction can have on an individual, but we also know that with God, all things are possible. As it is written: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13.
We rebuke the spirit of addiction that has taken hold of Juan's life. Addiction is not from God, for God's desire is for us to be sober and self-controlled. "For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. " 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Juan and Twiudarormore's family. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in Juan's life. Break the chains of addiction that have bound him, and set him free by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Give him the strength to overcome his struggles and the courage to seek help and support.
Father, we also pray for Juan's family. Provide them with Your peace, comfort, and guidance as they navigate this challenging time. Help them to be a source of love, support, and encouragement for Juan, and give them the wisdom to know how to best help him.
Lord, we ask that You would restore Juan's life, his family, and his children. Bring healing to their relationships, and help them to rebuild trust and communication. We also pray for the salvation of Twiudarormore's entire family, that they would come to know You personally and experience the transforming power of Your love.
Father, we ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Twiudarormore, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for Juan and your family. Remember the power of faith and persistence in prayer, as illustrated in the parable of the persistent widow. "Will not God vindicate his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you that he will vindicate them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?" Luke 18: 7-8 WEB.
Lastly, we want to encourage Juan and his family to seek godly counsel and support from their local church or a Christian-based recovery program. Addiction can be a complex and challenging issue, but with God's help and the support of His people, restoration and healing are possible.
