Open Doors local partners recently ran workshops for Christians living in three states where murder rates are among the highest in the country. Church leaders who speak out against criminal gangs are especially at risk. Pray that believers will be used boldly by God to reduce crime and reach gang members with the love of Jesus.

Heavenly Father: Adonai Yehovah Sabaoth, LORD God of Armies: Abba:

LORD, I stand in agreement with this prayer. I pray that You send every warrior angel that You can to deliver and protect bold and courageous Christians in Mexico from the aggressions of cartels and gangs. Lord, move the hearts and minds of government officials to protect these precious ministers of the Gospel...

LORD, if it's even in Your will, ***arm Mexican Christians and empower them for self-defense!*** The Word says not to return evil for evil (Romans 12:17, KJV), but SELF-DEFENSE IS NOT EVIL AND IN FACT IS SOMETIMES VERY NECESSARY, as what can be seen in following Scripture:

[Luk 22:35-37 KJV] 35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. 37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.

LORD, please let my fellow Christians SEE, HEAR, AND KNOW that while the things concerning Jesus have an end, ****that end has not arrived yet: Jesus has yet to come.**** Therefore, LORD, please let my fellow brothers and sisters understand that it's NOT SINFUL to defend oneself against persecution, as the Assyrian Christian militia Dwekh Nawsha protected their land and their loved ones against Islamic State aggression in Syria!

LORD, empower and protect Mexican Christians, causing them to preach against cartel and gang evil, causing them to defend the Household of Faith against cartel aggression! (Cf. Galatians 6:10, [Gal 6:10 KJV] 10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all [men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith.)

LORD, please send down the Holy Ghost in ENORMOUS POWER AND PRESENCE to guide, protect, inspire, and comfort Mexican Christians in their spiritual warfare and evangelization of the cartels!!

And LORD...please convict, empower, and INSPIRE the AMERICAN CHURCH TO STAND WITH THEIR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN MEXICO AS THEY STAND AGAINST CARTEL AND GANG EVIL!!! LORD, please get the Free Burma Rangers and Stronghold involved...and cause American Christians and American Churches to donate money, time, and EVEN AN ARMED PRESENCE TO PROTECT AND DEFEND CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN MEXICO!!

Watch over Your Word and cause this verse to CONVICT the American Church and cause us to repent thereby of our neglect of our Mexican brothers and sisters:

[1Ti 5:8 KJV] 8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

CONVICT US OH LORD, CONVICT US!!!! And afterwards, may We the American Church BE TRULY ZEALOUS IN PRAYING FOR, PROVIDING FOR, AND PROTECTING OUR MEXICAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THE FAITH!
