We are truly saddened to hear about the persecution and trials that Jagdish, Vijaya, Jenifer, Grace, and especially Ruth are facing. Let us bring their situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His divine intervention.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12 (WEB): "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jagdish, Vijaya, Jenifer, Grace, and Ruth. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the persecution they are enduring, and the heavy burden that Ruth is carrying with her newborn and young children. We ask, Lord, that You would be their shield and their strong tower. Protect them from those who seek to harm them, and give them the strength to endure.
Lord, we also ask that You would soften the hearts of their family members who are persecuting them. Change their hearts, Lord, and bring them to a place of repentance and salvation. Help them to see the truth of the Gospel and to turn to You.
We also lift up Ruth's husband. Lord, we ask that You would convict his heart and bring him to a place of repentance. Help him to take up his responsibilities as a husband and a father, and to provide for and protect his family.
Father, we ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. For it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, Dravjig, that the battle is not yours, but the Lord's (2 Chronicles 20:15). Trust in Him, for He is faithful. If any of the family members are not yet believers in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to share the Gospel with them, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the words of Paul in Romans 12:14 (WEB): "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse." Continue to bless and pray for those who persecute you, and trust that the Lord will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
