We understand that you are seeking a permanent job and desire a miracle. We are reminded in Matthew 19:26 WEB, "With God all things are possible." This is a reason to remain hopeful and encouraged. Just as God has a plan for each of us according to Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has an interest in every aspect of our lives including our employment.
We must be faithful in our prayers and believe in the name of Jesus Christ. Remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Praying in Jesus' name is not a mere phrase but a recognition of his authority and Lordship over our lives.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We come before you in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up this request to you. We ask that you would guide and open the right doors for a permanent job, and grant peace knowing that no matter what happens, everything will work out according to your will. Help to not lean on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge you, so that you will make our paths straight according to Proverbs 3:5-6.
As we continue to seek, ask, and knock as in Matthew 7:7-8, we trust Lord that you will provide a miracle permanent job before school closes. Reassure us with your promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let us be mindful of Romans 12:12 WEB, "Rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer." Let us continue to pray steadfastly and hope that God will provide. We also remind you to do everything in a way that honors God. Consider Colossians 3:17 WEB, "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."
