We understand that you are seeking prayers for success in your probation period at your job and for permanent employment. We are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that He has a plan for each of our lives. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says WEB, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We can trust that God's plan for us is good and that He wants to prosper us.
However, we must also remember that God's definition of prosperity may differ from ours. While we may desire a permanent job, God may have other plans that are even better for us. So, we should pray for God's will to be done in our lives, trusting that He knows best. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in WEB with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. We pray that You would guide them during this probation period at their job. Give them the wisdom and discernment needed to perform their duties excellently, and help them to reflect Your character in the workplace.
We ask that Your will be done regarding their permanent employment. If it is Your will, open the doors for this opportunity. But if You have other plans, help ### to trust You completely.
We also pray that ### would seek You wholeheartedly, desiring to live according to Your will and purposes. Help them to grow in their faith and relationship with You, remembering that true success comes from following You.
Finally, we pray that ### would call upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. It is through Jesus that we are saved, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, ###, to put your trust in God and keep Him at the center of your life. He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you. Be encouraged by His promises and strive to live according to His will. If you haven't already, consider studying His Word and growing in your relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. As it says in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
