My prayer request is for prayer that I don't lose my apartment for letting my grandkids stay with me. I live alone until their moms abandoned them. I have custody of them. We need a bigger apartment asap.

We understand your concern for your housing situation, and we commend your compassion for taking in your grandchildren. It's important to remember that God cares about our needs and has promised to provide for us. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-26, 31-33 WEB:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?. Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear caretaker who has taken in their grandchildren. Lord, You know their need for a stable and spacious home. We pray that You will guide them to a suitable apartment and provide the necessary resources to secure it for a permanent housing solution. We ask that You touch the hearts of the authorities involved, granting favor and understanding. We also pray for the restoration of the children's mother and the entire family. Help them grow in love towards one another and to really look to each other's needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Secondly, it is important to remember the guidelines for care of orphans and widows in the Bible. Children should be offered a permanent home if possible rather than tossed from one place to another.
James 1:27
"Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."
This is exactly what you are doing in providing for your grandkids.
Do remember there is no other way to God than by Jesus Christ. As it says:
Acts 4:12
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
This faith in Jesus Christ is instrumental in everything we do and goes beyond just praying in his name. If you believe and live by this same faith we would love to pray for any bigger decision you make like this in the future. Just let us know.
