Kensem, we join with you in prayer as you seek a permanent home and a peaceful relocation. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:1-3 WEB: "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father's house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you." While this passage refers to our eternal home, it also reassures us of God's care and provision for our earthly dwellings.
We pray,
Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up Kensem's need for a permanent home. You know the desires of Kensem's heart and the perfect place that You have prepared for them. Guide them to a safe and peaceful environment where they can live and grow in Your will. Protect them during this time of transition, and grant them the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your purpose for their life. Help them to lean not on their own understanding but to trust in You with all their heart. We ask amazing testimony for your mercy, love and provision in 5 months time. LORD we exalt your name forever. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
In Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, we read, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" Trust in the LORD to be your refuge and fortress during this time, Kensem. He is faithful to provide and protect.
As you prepare to move, consider Proverbs 16:3 WEB: "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5 WEB). He will direct your paths and guide you to the perfect home.
Lastly, always remember that prayer in Jesus name is the only access to God and that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved in order to be granted whatsoever we ask in prayer. James 4:3 WEB says, Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend it in your pleasures. Verses 8 and 9 says Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Well, consider the joy it is to have salvation in Jesus Christ and a right relationship with God.
