We understand your heartfelt request for your son, ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for his permanent residency in New Zealand. Firstly, we acknowledge the sovereignty of God over all nations and His ability to direct the hearts and decisions of those in authority.

In all circumstances, we are called to pray and give thanks, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB: "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

However, we must also remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. His plans for ### may be different from what we envision, but we trust in His goodness and love. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB: "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for ###'s permanent residency in New Zealand. We ask, Lord, that You direct the hearts and decisions of those in authority, that Your will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust that You are sovereign over all nations and that no heart or decision is beyond Your reach.

We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "For I know the plans that I have for you," says Yahweh, "plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope." We trust that You have good plans for ###, and we pray that You reveal these plans to him and to those who love him.

We pray that he will seek You first and Your righteousness, and that all these things will be added to him. We pray that he will not be anxious about the future, but will trust in You and Your provision.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray and who is our only mediator and advocate with You. In His name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to trust in God's goodness and love, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Be strong and courageous, and do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
