We understand your concern for your daughter and we will intercede for her diligentently. It is essential to understand that God cares about our thoughts and attitudes, just as much as our actions. As it is written in WEB Philippians 2:14-15, "Do all things without murmurings and disputes, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world."
Firstly, we must address the complaining and negative attitude. It is normal for young women to experience emotional challenges especially during their periods, but it is crucial to remind her that her attitude should reflect her faith in Jesus Christ. In WEB 1 Thessalonians 5:18, we are encouraged to "give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." This does not mean denying her feelings, but instead, encouraging her to shift her focus on the goodness of God despite her circumstances.
Secondly, we pray for her health, both physical and emotional. We trust in the healing power of Jesus, as seen in WEB Matthew 8:17, "that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'" We pray that God will alleviate her pain and discomfort, and that He will grant her a positive and healthy mindset.
We pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the daughter of our sister ellie12. We pray that You will comfort her and ease her discomfort during this time. We rebuke the spirit of complaining and negativity, and we pray that You will fill her with Your peace and joy. Help her to fix her mind on You and to trust in Your goodness. We ask for God's will in her life and the will to be done in Jesus' name, we pray this believing in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that Jesus is the only way to the Father and salvation is only available in Jesus.
