Period/bleeding to stop....tv channel only for me

That my period stops before monday morning in Jesus name.
It lasts for to long and it is unconvinient because i go to the seacoast to swimm.

Also that my host will provide for me the only channel on tv that i watch and inform me as soon as possible that this tv channel on tv is available for watching.
