I have worked very hard last year and I pray to God that my hard work is recognised by my bosses and I received the performance bonus that is fair to me.

We understand your desire to be recognized for your hard work and to receive a fair performance bonus. It's important to remember that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, and our work should first and foremost be a service to Him. As it is written in the WEB, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10), and "Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people" (Colossians 3:23).
Let's pray together for you to see God's favor in your workplace.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus to lift up our sister/brother who has diligently worked hard this past year. Lord, You see the efforts and the time invested. We pray for God's favor in the workplace, that the eyes of the management be opened to see the fruit of her/his labor. Your word says in Proverbs 22:29, 'Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings. He won't stand before obscure men.' Lord, we ask for fairness and recognition, but most importantly, we pray for Your will to be done in Your child's life. May this situation be used to draw her/him closer to You. Help her/him to continue to be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and integrity. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful and just. He sees your hard work and will reward you in His time and in His way. Trust in Him, and don't be discouraged.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
