People making noise under my balcon

Please remove any person that is making noise under my balcony, prevent them to stop and talk just under my balcony and clean their cars with vacuum cleaner under my balcony especially when i want to have communion with the Lord or want to rest and sleep. Prevent any noise of machines and bad smells like cigarettes in my neughbiurhood in Jesus name. My windows are already dammaged from opening and closing for years because of many neighbours addicted to cigarettes.
Our representative of tenants and the representative of tenants of the building nearby like to be under my balcony and make noise. Lord remove any diabolicaly assigned person and evil spirit from my life in Jesus name. Let the blood of Jesus covers and protects me and my whole neighbourhood and any person in it. Let also all evil addictions be broken in.my neighbourhood and let all people here be saved and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour. Amen!
