Good to see this is being prayed to Jesus Name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We can all be encouraged by what we read from reading the Apostle Paul in Acts 4:12:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!
We pray for God's justice to prevail in our communities. We've seen the devastating effects of drug abuse, sexual immorality, and the early deaths of young people, especially those involved in a evil lifestyle, whether they practice sodomy or are caught up in drug trafficking. We ask for the Lord's intervention and for truth to be exposed, as it is written in Ephesians 5:11-14 WEB:
Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. Therefore he says, Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.
We come before you, Father, pleading for a breakthrough in this situation. We also pray for all the young people involved in drug abuse and illegal activities. We ask for healing and counseling, rebuke the seducing spirit on them and for their deliverance. Please bring everything to light and guide the authorities. We as that young people would turn from the path they are on and repent of their sexual sin. As it is written Romans 10:13: Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
As a part of our Body of Christ, our youth should not follow the crowd to do evil.
Do not be deceived: Evil companionships corrupt good morals. (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB)
Let us continue for God's guidance in teaching our youth the ways of the Lord in keeping from evil of temptation. Help all of us to lead our youth on Your path.
We ask this all in Jesus name.
Additionally, we challenge parents and those of influence in these young people;s lives to know their friends, teachers, and mentors. God gives us wisdom in how we should train our children from Proverbs 22:6 WEB:
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
We stand with you in prayer and remind you to stay courageous in your faith, acting with love and compassion towards those who are lost. Remind them of the healing, restoration, and new life that Jesus offers, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB:
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
