People at my work are picking on ###

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her current situation at work. Lord, you know the struggles and challenges she is facing with her coworkers who are picking on her. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this matter.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 5:11-12, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven." Lord, we pray that ### finds comfort and strength in knowing that she is blessed in the midst of these trials.
We ask, Lord, that you soften the hearts of those who are picking on ###. Help them to see the error of their ways and to treat her with kindness and respect. May they realize that their actions are causing harm and division in the workplace.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ### as she navigates through this difficult situation. Give her the right words to say and the courage to stand up for herself in a respectful manner. Grant her peace and patience as she waits for a resolution.
Above all, Lord, we pray for unity and harmony among ### and her coworkers. May they learn to work together in a spirit of cooperation and understanding. Help them to see each other through your eyes, recognizing the value and worth of every individual.
We trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that you are always with us. We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
