Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up DonnaT and her current situation at work. Lord, you know the struggles and challenges she is facing with her coworkers who are picking on her. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this matter.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 5:11-12, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven." Lord, we pray that DonnaT finds comfort and strength in knowing that she is blessed in the midst of these trials.
We ask, Lord, that you soften the hearts of those who are picking on DonnaT. Help them to see the error of their ways and to treat her with kindness and respect. May they realize that their actions are causing harm and division in the workplace.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for DonnaT as she navigates through this difficult situation. Give her the right words to say and the courage to stand up for herself in a respectful manner. Grant her peace and patience as she waits for a resolution.
Above all, Lord, we pray for unity and harmony among DonnaT and her coworkers. May they learn to work together in a spirit of cooperation and understanding. Help them to see each other through your eyes, recognizing the value and worth of every individual.
