We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
In times of stress and anxiety, it's essential to remember God's promises. "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of peaceful sleep. We ask that You would dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and grant them the peace that only You can provide. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We thank You, Father, for all that You do for us. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.
In times of worry, remember the words of Jesus: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB).
Trust in the Lord, and rest in His promises. He is faithful to provide all that you need.
