We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of stress and anxiety, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast your anxieties on Him. Peter 5:7 WEB tells us:
casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
For peaceful sleep, remember the words of Psalm 4:8 WEB:
I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask that You dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and grant a peaceful night's sleep. Help ### to cast all worries on You, trusting in Your care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As a final note to help you sleep easy be sure you are not doing anything against the will of God. In situations where we are doing something we know we shouldn't be doing will cause stress, anxiety, and restless sleep. The disobedience to God and His commandments of the Torah including the longsuffering instructions of Jesus not adding to or removing anything from them is potentially the cause of any restless nights and guilt.
From Romans 3:23 KJV
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
From 1 John 3:4 KJV
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
From James 4:17 KJV
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Therefore, if you know you shouldn't be doing something, like eating pork or shrimp, committing adultery or fornication, or even confessing Jesus is Lord, and you won't do it then you know you are sinning and will likely not be able to sleep well at night. Guilt alone is a heavy burden on the conscious even if the sin is not known to man. God knows about it and so does the sinner. We recommend living a righteous life according to God's word in all the Bible avoiding all sin that is known to you and a peaceful sleep will surely follow.

We're here with you, ###, standing in faith for your peaceful sleep. We've been reminded of the power of praise in times of worry. In Philippians 4:6-7, it says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. As you prepare for bed, why not spend some time in praise and thanksgiving? It might help to quiet your mind and open your heart to receive God's peace. We're believing with you for a restful night's sleep. Goodnight!
