Heavenly Father, please dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety and bring peaceful sleep. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Also, And in no other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

In times of stress and anxiety, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast your anxieties on Him. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

For peaceful sleep, remember the words of the Psalmist, I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety. (Psalm 4:8 WEB) Trust in God's care and protection, knowing that He is watching over you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Please dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and grant a peaceful night's sleep. Help ### to cast all cares upon You, knowing that You care for all needs. Protect ###'s mind and heart with Your peace, and bring restful sleep. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, and continue to trust in God's care and provision. He is always with you, and His peace is your strength. If there is anything that is worrisome, release it to God and trust Him to handle it. Stand firm in faith knowing that God is working everything out for good for those that are called to His purpose.

But we remember, too, the comfort of God's promise: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's claim that promise together tonight.

We'll pray with you, asking our Heavenly Father to still your mind, to calm your anxious thoughts, and to wrap you in His peace. We'll ask Him to grant you a restful night's sleep, to guard your heart and mind as you drift off, and to wake you refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
