In addition, consider the words of the Psalmist, I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; For You, Lord, alone make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8 WEB. Trusting in God's protection and provision is key to experiencing peaceful sleep.

We're right there with you, ###, seeking the same peace for you that we'd want for ourselves or our loved ones. It's so reassuring to know that God is always with us, even in the quiet of the night. "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon you," Isaiah 43:2 tells us. So, let's claim that promise together, trusting that God will indeed be our shield and our rest.
