We are encouraged by the words of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which say, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for Your unfailing love and care. We lift up Ryan to You, Lord, and ask that You grant him a joyful, calm, and restful day today. Fill his heart with Your peace, Father, and let Your presence envelop him throughout the day.
As he prepares for the night, we ask that You give him a calm, peaceful, and restful sleep. Let his mind be at ease, Lord, and his body fully rested. We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or restlessness and declare that Ryan is covered by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust Ryan into Your loving hands and ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage Ryan to meditate on Psalm 4:8 (WEB), which says, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." May these words be a comfort and a reminder of God's loving care.
